The staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home during our stay. The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions!

However, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, and I found hair in the shower, which was disappointing.

Why have ceiling tiles missing? The lobby should not be locked!!! I couldn't stand the stale smell in the non-smoking room!!! Stains on sheets and funky pillowcases need urgent attention!!! The overall dated appearance is off-putting!!!

So I gotta say, the only redeeming quality was the size of the room, it was spacious enough for us you know. And the staff, well, they seemed friendly enough, but that didn't mean much when everything else went wrong.

It wasn't cheap, paid good money for this mess but still, it's not even close to worth it.

This past week, my family and I enjoyed our stay, especially when the kids splashed around in the pool and we relaxed in the cozy garden area. The only drawback was the parking was a bit tight at times, but it didn't ruin the fun. I'd definitely recommend checking out the local eateries nearby for a great meal! 😊

Our family of four had a wonderful stay! The kids loved exploring the nearby museums, and we felt at home thanks to the friendly staff who greeted our children daily. Don't miss the delightful breakfast options—they made our mornings even better! Safe, clean, and convenient!

Overall, my stay was definitely marred by the dirty rooms and the loud atmosphere outside. However, the spacious room did have a comfortable bed and the quiet was nice at night.
